• Sending Jetsurf marketing communications

• Processing credit card payments
Sometimes we may be required to share personal information in response to a regulation, court order or subpoena. We may also share information when we believe it’s necessary to comply with the law. We may also share information to respond to a government request or when we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to protect the rights, property or safety of Jetsurf, our customers, or others; to prevent harm or loss; or in connection with an investigation of suspected or actual unlawful activity.
HOW WE PROTECT THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Whether you are shopping online or by phone, we use reasonable security measures to protect the confidentiality of personal information under our control and appropriately limit access to it. Jetsurfny cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us and you do so at your own risk.
We use a variety of information security measures to protect your online transactions with us. The Jetsurfny website uses encryption technology, such as Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), to protect your personal information during data transport. SSL protects information you submit via our websites such as ordering information, including your name, address and credit card number. Information you provide to us via phone does not traverse the public Internet.
YOUR CHOICES REGARDING THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT
You may choose to:
• Stop receiving marketing or promotional e-mails, direct mail, phone and mobile marketing communications
• Update and correct your personal information
• Deactivate your account

SOCIAL MEDIA WIDGETS
We ship to all addresses in the Continental US. Jetsurf will choose which carrier will deliver your shipment.
We fully insure all our packages against loss, theft and damage that may occur in transit. Please inspect the package before signing for receipt. Double check for item damage. In order to receive a replacement or compensation, a detailed claim and anything else requested by our insurer must be submitted within 5 business days of package receipt.
An adult signature is required when your item is delivered. The carrier can release the package only to the person included on the shipping address.
As a security precaution in order to protect our customers against fraud, jetsurfny.com will only ship to your billing address. If you would like your item shipped to an address other than your billing address you must call your credit card company and provide them with an alternate shipping address to add to your account. This authorizes us to send your item to an address other than your billing address.
Once your order has prepared for shipment or has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address.
Since Jetsurfny.com is located in New York State we must charge sales tax for orders places by residences of New York State. Upon entering your zip code at checkout the sales tax for your county will automatically be added. Additional Taxes and fees may apply.
Jetsurfny.com accepts the following methods of payment from US Residents:
-Credit Cards: Visa, Master Card, Discover & American Express
-Wire Transfer: Contact us for bank wire information
-Personal Checks drawn upon a US bank only
Prior to shipping your item we will confirm that the funds cleared, only then will your order be shipped.
PROTECTED ONLINE TRANSACTIONS
When you use your credit card to make a purchase on www.jetsurfny.com, the information you provide is protected by Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology. This technology ensures that your personal information is protected from outside parties when transmitted from your computer to our server.
SAFE PURCHASES OVER THE PHONE
If you would prefer to purchase products over the phone, please contact us. We will be happy to answer any questions you may have, and get your credit card information or assist you in arranging for a bank wire transfer
Delivery Time is dependent on Availability. Some items will ship within 24 hours, others in a couple days, while some may take as many as several weeks (especially custom products). The Availability value is an estimate. We do our best to ship items out as quickly as possible, so we often get orders out more quickly than is noted by the Availability timeframe.

Additionally, please note that delivery time is also based on “business” days. For example, if you place an order on Sunday, it’s impossible for us to ship an item the same day as all the shippers are closed. A tracking number and delivery date will be emailed to you once your board ships.
We do not sell boards to customers without administering JetSurf certified board training.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
We are sorry but at this time JetSurfNY.com cannot accept refunds or exchanges.
A cancellation fee of $500 will be assessed for all voluntary order cancellations.
TEST RIDE POLICY
– The deadline to submit a rescheduling request is 7 days before the scheduled test ride date.
Rescheduling requests received prior to the stated deadline will be eligible for consideration.
Rescheduling requests received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for consideration.
Rescheduling requests made due to weather will not be considered.
– The deadline to submit a cancellation is 14 days before the scheduled test ride date.
Cancellations received prior to the stated deadline will be eligible to receive a full refund less $50 service fee.
Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
All cancellations must be made by the credit card holder.
Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.
Cancellations made due to weather will not be refunded.
– Rain or shine, the test rides stay on schedule. We will not accept weather as a legitimate rescheduling/cancellation reason.
